Today’s conversations revolved around kratom tolerance and potentiation. Several people I’ve spoken to today were saying that they’ve built up a tolerance to their usual doses, and they were wondering what could be done, besides a tolerance break… I, too, have found that my tolerance has built up with daily kratom use. I have experimented with tolerance breaks. I have also experimented with information that I’ve found from research on the innanets and have personally found cat’s claw to show some benefits with tolerance and dosage. What I have also noticed from personal experience is eating a fatty meat source with kratom multiplies its effects HEAVILY. After being veg for some time, I’m ashamed to say it was bacon that I found the most enhancement with…. But, there it is.
